Not necessarily! You can:
- Be home to receive the delivery
- Or leave delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at front porch") when placing your order
Please note: Our drivers cannot enter private areas (like opening garages or placing items indoors).

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. We won't be able to take responsibility for any issues reported after that time.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you buy at Yellowbowl.
You can return items within 14 days, as long as they're in original condition and packaging with a valid receipt.
1. Email info@yellowbowl.ca to request a refund
2. We will get back to you as soon as possible with possible date to pick up your products with our drivers at flat fee $9.99
3.Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used at purchase.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Any items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.
Can I return pet food?
Absolutely — all our pet food comes with a satisfaction guarantee! Just make sure to return it within 14 days, with more than half the bag remaining.
